ZANADA TAXI — Permanently Delete a Customer or Driver Account
This page describes the separate irreversible deletion flow for personal ZANADA Customer and ZANADA Driver accounts. It is not the reversible account-closure feature.

Inside the ZANADA Customer app
Sign in to your personal Customer account, then open Settings → Account → Delete account permanently. The app starts a separate irreversible deletion flow and asks for final confirmation. This is not the reversible account-closure feature.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] to request permanent deletion. Prefer the email associated with the account and identify the linked phone number or customer code only as needed for identity verification. Never send a password, payment-card number, CVV, or verification code.
After identity verification, the personal login, memberships and permissions of that user, active sessions, push/device bindings, and deletable personal profile data are removed. For a hotel/company/office customer member, deleting the person does not delete the organization, supplier workspace, or other authorized users. Completed trips, invoices, tax/finance, security, and dispute records that must be retained are not deleted by this action. No retention period is stated on this page; retention follows the approved legal/finance policy.
If the user is the last authorized owner/admin of an organization, personal deletion is blocked until ownership is transferred or the separate organization-closure workflow is completed. An active trip or unresolved booking must also be completed or resolved first.
حذف حساب الزبون نهائيًا

سجّل الدخول إلى حساب الزبون الشخصي ثم افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب نهائيًا. يبدأ التطبيق مسار حذف نهائي منفصل ويطلب تأكيدًا أخيرًا. هذا المسار ليس ميزة إغلاق الحساب القابلة للاستعادة.
طلب الحذف من الويب
إذا لم تستطع استخدام التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف نهائي إلى [email protected]. يفضّل الإرسال من البريد المرتبط بالحساب وذكر رقم الهاتف أو كود الزبون فقط بقدر ما يلزم للتحقق من الهوية. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رقم البطاقة أو CVV أو رمز تحقق.
بعد التحقق من الهوية، يُحذف الدخول الشخصي وعضويات وصلاحيات ذلك المستخدم والجلسات الفعّالة وربط الإشعارات/الأجهزة وبيانات الملف الشخصي القابلة للحذف. إذا كان المستخدم عضوًا في فندق أو شركة أو مكتب، فإن حذف الشخص لا يحذف الجهة أو مساحة المورّد أو المستخدمين الآخرين. لا تُحذف بهذه العملية الرحلات المنفذة أو الفواتير أو سجلات الضرائب/المالية أو الأمن أو النزاعات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها. لا نحدد هنا مدة احتفاظ من عندنا؛ الاحتفاظ يتبع السياسة القانونية/المالية المعتمدة.
إذا كان المستخدم آخر مالك/مدير مخوّل للجهة، يُمنع حذف المستخدم حتى نقل الملكية أو إكمال مسار إغلاق الجهة المنفصل. كما يجب إنهاء الرحلة الفعّالة أو معالجة الحجز المفتوح أولًا.

יש להתחבר לחשבון הלקוח האישי ולפתוח הגדרות ← חשבון ← מחיקת החשבון לצמיתות. האפליקציה מתחילה תהליך מחיקה בלתי הפיך ונפרד ומבקשת אישור סופי. זה אינו תהליך סגירת החשבון ההפיך.
בקשת מחיקה דרך האינטרנט
אם אין אפשרות להשתמש באפליקציה, ניתן לבקש מחיקה קבועה בדוא״ל [email protected]. מומלץ לשלוח מהדוא״ל המקושר לחשבון ולציין טלפון מקושר או קוד לקוח רק ככל שנדרש לאימות זהות. אין לשלוח סיסמה, מספר כרטיס, CVV או קוד אימות.
לאחר אימות זהות, נמחקים פרטי הכניסה האישיים, החברויות וההרשאות של אותו משתמש, ההפעלות הפעילות, חיבורי push/מכשיר ומידע אישי בפרופיל שניתן למחיקה. אצל חבר לקוח של מלון/חברה/משרד, מחיקת האדם אינה מוחקת את הארגון, סביבת הספק או משתמשים מורשים אחרים. נסיעות שהושלמו, חשבוניות, רשומי מס/כספים, אבטחה ומחלוקות שיש חובה לשמור אינם נמחקים בפעולה זו. אין בדף זה ניחוש של תקופת שמירה; השמירה נעשית לפי המדיניות המשפטית/הכספית המאושרת.
אם המשתמש הוא הבעלים/המנהל המורשה האחרון של הארגון, המחיקה האישית נחסמת עד להעברת בעלות או השלמת תהליך סגירת הארגון הנפרד. יש גם לסיים נסיעה פעילה או לטפל בהזמנה פתוחה לפני המחיקה.
Permanent Driver account deletion
Inside the ZANADA Driver app
Sign in to your Driver account and use Settings → Account → Delete account permanently. The request requires a separate strong confirmation. An active trip or unresolved operational work must be completed or resolved first.
What permanent Driver deletion does
The operational/authentication Driver identity is removed, active sessions and device/push bindings are revoked, and operational presence/relationship data is removed or deactivated. The deleted Driver profile is marked non-restorable. Records that must remain for lawful finance, tax, settlement, security or dispute handling are retained only for those purposes and do not provide Driver login access.
Cannot use the app?
Request permanent Driver deletion at [email protected]. Do not send a password, payment-card number, CVV or verification code.

من تطبيق ZANADA Driver افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب نهائيًا وأكمل التأكيد المنفصل. يجب إنهاء أي رحلة فعالة أو معالجة العمل التشغيلي المفتوح أولًا. يؤدي الحذف النهائي إلى إزالة هوية الدخول والتشغيل الخاصة بالسائق وإلغاء الجلسات وربط الأجهزة/الإشعارات وإزالة أو تعطيل بيانات الحضور والعلاقات التشغيلية. يصبح الملف غير قابل للاستعادة. تبقى فقط السجلات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض قانونية أو ضريبية أو مالية أو تسوية أو أمن أو نزاعات، ولا تتيح هذه السجلات تسجيل الدخول كسائق.

באפליקציית ZANADA Driver יש לפתוח הגדרות ← חשבון ← מחיקת החשבון לצמיתות ולהשלים אישור נפרד. יש לסיים נסיעה פעילה או לטפל בעבודה תפעולית פתוחה לפני המחיקה. המחיקה הקבועה מסירה את זהות ההתחברות והתפעול של הנהג, מבטלת סשנים וחיבורי מכשיר/push ומסירה או משביתה נתוני נוכחות וקשרים תפעוליים. הפרופיל הופך ללא-שחזור. נשמרים רק רשומים שיש חובה לשמור לצרכים משפטיים, מס, כספים, התחשבנות, אבטחה או מחלוקת; רשומים אלה אינם מאפשרים כניסת נהג.
Reversible account closure is separate
ZANADA also has a separate Request account closure feature. Closure blocks new work/bookings and can be self-cancelled during its defined window; it does not permanently delete the account. Customer permanent deletion and reversible closure are presented as separate actions in the app. Driver permanent deletion is a separate irreversible flow and is covered above.
